Chocolatito and Estrada both maintained their spots on the ranking with good performances. Lomachenko slipped a few spots as age is catching up with the veteran. GGG still a top middleweight, but no longer an elite P4P boxer unless he can beat a Charlo or Alvarez. Pacquiao and Spence need to keep busy and Leo Santa Cruz needs a big W this Saturday night to stay in the top 10.
Congratulations to the Charlo Lions for busting onto the list.
Teofimo López is the newest star in boxing and moving up on the list at record pace.
Loma vs López Review from Writer Jimmy Ayash:
”I thought it was a perfect decision because part of the judges job is to go into a fight objective and not think about the history or the reputation of a fighter. If you look at the fight and didn’t know anything about the fighters, even though Loma was setting up for the second half of the fight, it is natural to question Loma isn’t doing anything, he got dominated in many ways and when he turned it up, López used his length and kept his distance enough to survive the flurries. López really did close the show in the 12th in many ways schooling Loma.“
Look out for: Arnold Barboza Jr. coming into his own
Shout out to: Jose Zepeda Congratulations FOTY
