After five grueling weeks of training in Los Mochis, Sinaloa, honing physical condition and residual technical proficiency, Juan Francisco “Gallo” Estrada offered a brisk public training in Hermosillo, at the Caballero Gym, definitively showing his endurance and excellent condition.
Sharp Estrada (39-3-0, 26 ko’s) will defend his WBC super fly world championship, against American Dewayne Beamon (16-1-1, 11 ko’s) on Saturday 24 at the Multiple Uses Center in Hermosillo, Sonora.
During this week, Estrada will mainly work with sparring partners and fitness sessions to reach the weight ceremony minus sacrifices.
In the public practice, Estrada showed a ripped physique, technical smarts, power, agility plus speed.
“Every day I feel more excited to defend my title in Hermosillo and I know that the CUM will be full of fans. We`ll have a record of attendance and I`ll give my people a great,” vowed Estrada.
