Hero welcome for “Gallo”  Estrada

New World Boxing Council super flyweight champion, Juan Francisco “Gallo” Estrada, arrived home at the Hermosillo International Airport, Sonora, from Los Angeles, California and was congratulated  by joyous family, friends and media.

“Gallo” Estrada (39-3, 26 KOs) defeated Thai warrior Sor Rungvisai by UD in an exciting rematch at the Inglewood Forum last Friday.  He said:

“I feel so very proud and satisfied to  achieve another dream,  of winning  this most beautiful and prestigious belt of the World Boxing Council.  It`s taken  many hours, days and years of sacrifice, proving that things can be achieved by committing and fighting for what you want.”

Estrada will now rest and medically check a  minor injury suffered to his right hand. Then he`ll defend his Green and Gold Belt with pride.
