On January 31, a historic match in Kinshasa, Republic of the Congo, between Congolese fighter Ilunga Makabu and Polish Michal Cieslak, where the vacant cruiserweight crown of the World Boxing Council will be disputed.

Makabu has just won two important victories against Russian fighters Dmitry Kudryashov and Aleksei Papin.

Cieslak, who remains undefeated as a professional. He  comes from knocking out Nigerian Olanrewaju Durodola in 3 rounds.

Makabu vs. Cieslak will be the first world title fight in the Republic of Congo in 45 years.
