After warning that Manny Pacquiao was to old and should retire, Hall of Fame and legendary promoter Bob Arum didn’t have much to say about the incredible performance the 40 year old Filipino star put on this past Saturday night.
Prior to the event, Boxing Action Magazine had Manny Pacquiao ranked #3 P4P and Keith Thurman in the 25th spot much to the dismay of many on social media.

As the Eastern United States Battles an epic heat wave this weekend, Las Vegas stages the ultimate battle tonight.
The Pacquiao fans are hoping for at least one more big win from PAC-Man before Father Time catches up with the world famous Filipino Star. Some think that Pacquiao will win by knock out and some close friends who love Pacquiao have stated to me that Pacquiao’s time as an elite fighter is over.
Main Event Time:
Keith Thurman comes out first to the excitement of the Vegas crowd wearing a beautiful Red, White & Blue rope. Thurman is also wearing matching/ colorful red, white & blue glitter trunks.
Manny Pacquiao comes to the ring in a fast ring walk as the fans scramble to catch a glimpse of the legend. Pacquiao wearing a beautiful red with blue boxing rope. Pacquiao is wearing white trunks with blue trim.
The National anthems for the Philippines and the United States have been song and now the moment we have all been waiting for.
Round 1.
Wow, what a round. Both guys come into the fight in tip top shape. Thurman landing good combinations and Pacquiao charges and lands a big right hand that sends Thurman to the canvas as the crowd goes nuts.
Round 2.
Thurman a bit confused as Pacquiao is looks like the old Pacquiao. Both boxers throwing with mean intentions, but Pacquiao taking Thurman to school at the moment.
Round 3.
Pacquiao is so fast! Pacquiao Playing counterpuncher at the moment. Pacquiao in complete control at the moment.
Round 4.
Another great round for Pacquiao. PAC is really fighting and boxing beautifully right now.
Round 5.
Thurman lands some good leather in the first minute of the round. Manny comes back very strong. Thurman trying to bully Pacquiao but it’s not working. Pacquiao wins another round.
Round 6.
Pacquiao still moving and boxing well. Thurman might be shell shocked by the angles Pacquiao is giving him. Thurman isn’t fighting a great fighter, he’s fighting a world legend.
Round 7.
Thurman wins his first round, doing good work and landing a hard 1-2. Thurman also hurts Pacquiao towards the end of the round. This is getting good.
Round 8.
Pacquiao doing some terrific boxing -landing punches and then spinning Thurman around. Thurman is staying poised and patient and knows he can end the fight with one punch.
Round 9.
Pacquiao eating leather as he continues to stay out of range and can’t land punches at the moment. Pacquiao looks tired and might have need to take the round off.
Round 10.
Another exciting round as both warriors do good work. It appeared Pacquiao hurt Thurman to the body and Thurman got on his bike for about a minute or so.
Round 11.
A terrific back and forth battle in round 11 as this has been a terrific high level boxing match.
Round 12.
Pacquiao wins round 12 to close out a great memorable fight!
