After news broke that Big Baby Miller failed a drug test for his big fight with Anthony Joshua On June 1st at Madison Square Garden, Big Baby denied knowing of anything illegally he had purposely put in his body.
Today after failing a second and a third drug test, Big Baby did the wise thing and came clean. Here is what he said on his Instagram account today:
“I messed up. I made a bad call,” Miller said in an Instagram video. “[There are] a lot of ways to handle the situation. I handled it wrongly, and I’m paying the price for it. I messed up a big opportunity, and I’m hurting on the inside. My heart is bleeding right now. I hurt my family, my friends, my team, my supporters.
“But I’m going to own up to it. I’m going to deal with it. I’m going to correct it and I’m going to come back better … It’s time to do right and get right.”
Eddie Hearn of Matchroom Boxing is now left to clean up the mess left by Miller and is scrambling to find Anthony Joshua a legitimate Heavyweight contender to fight in the main Event on June 1 in New York.
