OLEKSANDR USYK wants to fight Anthony Joshua, Tyson Fury and Deontay Wilder in the next 12 months – as he looks to take over the heavyweight division.
The former cruiserweight king was set to fight Carlos Takam in September but pulled out due to a bicep injury.
Usyk, yet to make his heavyweight debut, has called out the division’s elite – as the 32-year-old looks to replicate his work as undisputed champion.
When asked who he wants to fight, the Ukrainian told IFL TV: “Anthony Joshua, Tyson Fury, Deontay Wilder.
“In the next year.”
The 32-year-old was in London to watch heavyweight rival Dillian Whyte in action against Oscar Rivas.
Brixton’s puncher was victorious, cementing his place as WBC mandatory, after being overlooked by the WBO with Usyk instead next in line for the shot at the belt.
Vasyl Lomachenko was also ringside and came face to face with Luke Campbell – the man he faces for the vacant WBC lightweight title in London on August 31.
Unified champion Lomachenko said: “I was at the fight at the O2 on Saturday and the atmosphere was amazing and people love and understand boxing here.
“I want to fight in a big UK arena.”
